yay come here this morning to say that getting out of bed at 2am this morning was worth every minute... despite only climbing into bed at 11pm and with the room spinning slightly after several rather nice glasses of margarita I set my alarm and didnt really expect to wake up but I did and I logged on... Some might say it was the actions of a mad woman others might say a complete idiot but I say the actions of a wolf... lol
Anyway the game was fantasmic not orgasmic but pretty darn close.. we held the Whales at bay and only ended up 3 goals behind.. Armantha scored her first goal - woo hoo and I touched the puck!!! With a few practices this team has such great potential and I am soo much looking forward to playing with some old faces again. p.s the game ended a little before 3am and I managed to crawl back into bed buzzing from the game I lay awake until nearly 4am and the alarm went off again at 5.30... I woke up wondering if i had actually dreamt the nights events... Too all my new teamies you sure do rock my English Muffins and congratz to Naples for his new appointment as Asst Captain! |

Hey! I am only trying to keep the crease warm for Bobby. But I am determined to get better at this. There was a huge improvement in the defense in front of me, thanks to Ray, Kerry, Vivy and Amaranth. And once we get Gunner and Joe on the ice at the same time maybe we can overcome my shortcomings in goal!

I agree it was a great game.. and here is another thing.. I think an SLHA first.. there were more women players than men players- 7 women, 6 men. And women scored 9 goals, and an assist, to 4 by men  |
