| I'm having some trouble pulling up the team stats on Dyzware. I get the little spinning thing for awhile but then it pulls up blank. |

Don't know if this has been reported already or not but I had the same thing for a while.. then as I tried once I checked a couple of teams as a blank table was showing. Went to the Ice Lords and only Dyz's stats showed up, no-one elses. Same thing with the Moose
Any ideas? |

| The pages i'm hitting seem ok. Would you guys mind pasting the URL of the page into this thread for me to investigate? The Division/Season selections are also helpful. |

ok, wow. Database queries were timing out, running longer than 3 minutes. I did some tuning and cut them back down to a few seconds. Yeah, we just have a LOT of data.
Those pages should run smoother now. I also pushed up an update for the site to support IE8 as well. Doubt many ppl are using it, but may as well do it now before I hear about it 
Thanks for the heads up on the problems. I'll set up some scheduled tuning jobs to try to prevent it from the future. |

A couple new features were added to the site this weekend:
1. Referee Seach -- If logged in, this page allows our management staff to search for referee's based on thier availability. Of course, this does require that our members maintain thier Referee Availability information on the site as well. The goal with this page is simple, to make life easier for our Referee Manager and to even the workload on our volunteers
2. Rising Stars -- This page allows members to view the current status of our Farm Division players. Members roll off of this page after they move into the North American division or if they become inactive for 30 days. This page is intended to ease the workload on our Farm Division Managers, and also to provide visibility of our new league members to everyone. Keep an eye on this page and take a moment to meet our new friends!
3. Factoids -- Added a few more random factoids about hits and rivalries on the ice. Just more fun facts.
4. Added Referee's to the Game Summary page. It's often a thankless job, so I'd thought we should give them credit.

This is a known issue. Processes that calculate team stats time out as the season progresses in larger divisions. This is due to the amount of detail involved and continued growth. I've re-designed player stats to accomodate for this growth, but have not yet had time to address the Team version.

I have had issues drawing blanks for the site, but I have discovered that different browsers can have issues on Dyzware.
i.e. Firefox I can see the stats, and the works,
On Google Chrome, I can see the tables, but I dont see any player stats and what not inside the tables.
I dont know why it does that but its an observation that I saw.

You're correct. In the stats, I'm using advanced code that allows you to "drill down" and expand detailed views. Safari and Chrome do not support that ability.
Internet explorer, FireFox both work well.

Just an update...seem to have no problem seeing the team stats with IE, was using Firefox previously. |
