Prior to the game on 1/5/12 between the Wolves & Polar Bears, we had two goalies registered at the same time on one team...unable to find a solution, I reset the boards in an attempt to fix it but had no success. We played on under these conditions without any issues; however, it came to my attention that the game that was reset had an effect on the standings, giving the Wolves an extra win, and so I have since deleted it. This is just for the sake of notification that a change was made.
On a side note, though I think this same thing happened from the game Wednesday with the Foxes and Ravens. That game was reset and then relocated, but the 0-0 game that was left behind because of that also gives the Foxes an extra win in the standings, so perhaps it needs to be fixed as well. |

Thanks for the heads up Jehuty -- Foxes @ Ravens 0-0 game is hereby deleted too! |

Yeah. Resetting the game should be avoided at all costs. Resetting makes that game count as a completed game for the season, which means hassle for us to go into the server and move that game out of the season standings. When possible, try everything else you can without resetting (Usually re-entering a team name for home or dark will fix issues or allow for a change in divisions if the wrong one is chosen) without messing up the stats. |
